Not able to receive e-mail
I'm not receiving any alerts/newsletters/digests from SA, despite everything showing as activated.
Maybe this is the bounce issue related to other posts here.
Can you please help me fix it?
PS: Maybe you can workout a solution for the users to reset this issue automatically

I have had the same issue for 8 days.
I sent an email to SA Customer Support, got a “ticket number”. But no reply.

There is no bounce issue at your end. Cna you please check the spam folder or/and add seeking alpha to your ocntact list.
