Duplicate Symbols in Porfolio Holdings

Hi, I'm seeing some symbols being duplicated when adding a holding #.  I've only added the symbol once to my portfolio, and I cannot seem to remove the duplicate. I'd add an image, but the S.A. uploader won't allow mobile upload.
