I have a subscription until March 2023 and am no longer getting access to articles

I am denied access to articles and portfolios. My subscription is paid the March 2023

Thank you for confirming the email address. I can confirm that you have an active subscription to "Seeking Alpha Premium" under your account.

Please do not worry.  I have reset your password to 12345678.

Please click on this link http://seekingalpha.com/clean and then log in using the following credentials:

Email - susant526@gmail.com

Password - 12345678

Once logged in, you can change your password from here https://seekingalpha.com/accou... (use 12345678 as the old password).

Please note, the new password should be only alphanumeric and have no special characters. The minimum number of characters needed is 8.

Unfortunately, I am unable to locate your subscription using "rb2vwg9c4f@privaterelay.appleid.com"


Could you have signed up using a different account? If yes, please provide the correct email address so that we can access the subscription details.

Or else, please help us with the below information:

  • Was the purchase made using the app or the website directly?
  • Have you been charged for the service? If yes, please share the invoice/card statement copy.
  • Did you receive any purchase confirmation emails? If yes, at which email address?
  • Name of the cardholder (using which the purchase was made) and the last 4 digits of the card (not needed if it was an in-app purchase).

I will get back to you as soon as possible, after receiving the above details.

No, susant526@gmail.com is the corrrct email. I am in the hospital and don't have my computer so can't look up my proof of purchase
