I paid premium and have no access. worst signup experience so far

i did not enter my email or click on "start free trial" when I paid for premium.  Now I have no access to premium and I'm out $199.  I assumed my contact info connected to PayPal payment would generate an email from SeekinAlpha acknowledging membership.  I have created an account now but have no access.
