Logged into someone else's account?

This account I'm logged into is not my own. I opened the site via Chrome on Android and for some reason this was logged in.

i can't post anything without it asking to login (other than this support ticket) but can view this user's previous posts etc.

No idea what caused this but seems like an issue.

as going to email support/security directly but couldn't find an address to email.
