I paid to be a premium member, so why am I still getting advertising asking me to upgrade??

I paid to become a premium member, why am I still getting advertising to upgrade and can’t read articles?

Same here.  I am a paid premium member but when I sign on I do not have premium priviledges.  Also, a stock porfolio that I had built and was following is suddenly gone.  What is going on?????
