Paid for Premium but cant access

I paid for a one year premium membership on 11/26 and had access for about week. Then in order to access from my laptop I had to reset my password, which signed me out of the app. When I logged back into the app I no longer had premium access. I have an “order ID” and “Document No” on my Apple receipt (I paid using my iPhone), which I could give you in order to locate my payment. It’s possible I overlooked it but I’m not seeing an email receipt from seeking alpha. 

But please look into this and let me know what you find out or if you need any additional info from me.
