you billed me for premium but have not provided me with premium access. I see in a search of FAQ that this has happened to HUNDREDS of your customers. Are you scamming people?

You just charged my credit again this year and have not provided the access promised for the amount charged. This is fraud. Please cancel my subscription and refund my account IMMEDIATELY.
