Subscription was canceled in March yet billed for renewal


I canceled my subscription in March 2022, but my credit card was charged for renewal on Dec 2.  There was a message from Brad Thomas to me on March 19, 2022 acknowledging my cancelation of the subscription.  I want a refund promptly.

I had a previous support request in which I didn't remember canceling.  Upon receiving login info, I discovered the message from Brad Thomas.
