Delete Payment Method Indo

Hello, I was trying to delete my payment method info in account setting but was told by one of you reps saying that I got to wait until my subscription up on Dec. 6th, 2022, a Delete button will appear for me to erase that info. But I have tried several times in the last 2 days, logged in and out on both mobile and laptop, still no avail. Please help, thank you! Cheers, Ryan

Hello again, haven't heard back from the previous message so I will send it again.
