Premium service still not activated 2 months after paying for it.


On 10.20.2022 SA took $126.43 from me for Premium Subscription (which it now offers me for $99). I still cannot fully open all info in the offerings under premium tab, won't let me read full articles and keeps asking me to subscribe. 

Please fix it and extend my subscription by two months that I have not been able to use it or send a full refund.
