Need help with ID and Password for my paid subscription ... Does not seem to work on all (or any recently) devices


I paid for a subscription a few months back and do not seem to be able to use it on my devices.  Perhaps I complicate the issue as i have several email addresses and may be using the wrong one.  Can you please help me? or give me a phone number to call ... as A senior It often works better if i can talk to someone.  Thank you (preferred) or HJL92103@gmail. (second choice) or (rarely used but possible).
