Comments are not tagging appropriate member

The tagging function to reply to members does not appear to be working. Comments meant for specific members are instead being dropped at the bottom of unrelated comments (how the app is choosing which comment to drop it under, i don’t know). It’s causing a lot of confusion with people replying to the wrong person and that person replying back confused/offended.
