$39 Flash Sale Unavailable

It won't allow me to get the $39 flash sale because it says that I was a member before.  I once signed on for the free trial a year or two ago but never signed up.  Also, this offer was emailed to me so I figured it was available.

Can I be allowed to sign up for the year at the $39 price tag?
