I tried setting up my 1 yr $39 subs with my credit card.I have been a free subscriber.  I've signed in many years ago. Can't tell if payment went thru because of user/p'word issue. I'm shown as being signed in but no confirmation of the payment.

I paid my money on my credit card which was processed. Then five days latter I do not have premium anymore and no one in this company is responding. Also they cleared the 6 stock lists I created. Warning new people this has happened to many people. They are scamming people out of money and then canceling their subscription. I have tried for a week to get my Premium back so now I will simply dispute this payment on my credit card and make them pay me my money back. Such Bullshit! I am not Anonymous as they posted. My name is Jeff Hallada and I am very disappointed in this service.

You are not alone in your frustration with this "service". I tried  at minimum 10 times to sign up over the last week of the $39 offering for premium. It just would never completely go through. I wanted to join, but the site just would not work. Multiple examples of this. No way to get assistance from "customer service" ...because it does not exist. Extremely frustrating. I expect I will be waiting a long, long time for S.A. staff to offer me any help. Good grief....

Similar issues here. Tried to sign up for premium on my phone via daily email link, where advert for $99./year (still, today).  Wouldn't go through. Tried the link again on my laptop, which brings up an introductory offer of $119/year on the website. Obviously, $99 is more appealing than $119, and much less appealing than the $39 offer others mention here. So - what exactly IS going on?

This is obviously a rhetorical question, since nobody seems to be answering any of these queries.....
