Help with my Account


Hello Alpha, 

I'm afraid that I cannot make out the status of my account with you. I remember closing the account (certainly any paid content) about this time last year before the end of my service period: 02/01/2021-01/31/2022, Invoice # 10000684835.

I continue to receive information emails. I have assumed that they are nothing but that: information emails. I've finally gone to the account, but cannot make out whether I'm still "subscribed" -- in error. Or whether Alpha is simply still offering me subscriptions. 

I wish to completely cancel the account, including all emails sent to me.
