Reverse the payment after subscription cancellation

I have asked 3 days ago for a cancellation of my Premium subscription and reversal of payment. Subscription was cancellled - thank you for this. Payment was initially blocked by my bank due to fraud suspicions - I have solved this and I have submitted the information in the previous ticket 3 times already. Please revert the payment and confirm today
