Possible scam - Undeliverable Mail

This morning I received a suspect email from Mail Delivery. It said the address on the email I tried to send on SA was invalid. Had an attachment, and explanation at the bottom with codes and references to SA. I immediately deleted it...very suspect to me since I checked my email at SA and as I suspected there was nothing I had attempted to send. Be careful.

Thanks for the heads up William. If anyone sees something similar, please respond here.. Also, if you could send a screenshot of the codes and such that might help us understand what happened. but dont click on any links in suspicious emails.

I already deleted it. Had thought about making a copy but didn't want to risk even doing that.
