double billing
I have been double billed but believe I created the error. On Nov4 I registered for your service but rec'd no indicator that It had gone through so I registered for your service again on Nov11. This time I rec'd an indicator that it did go through. I was reviewing my VISA statement only the other day and noticed this. I would like to have 1 subscription canceled and re-imbursed.
