Premium Service Paid but not received either confirmation nor access

My email ID is rksg88@gmail.com.  subscribed to SeekingAlpha Premium subscription at $39/= on 21st Dec and I don't get subscription confirmation from Seekingalpha yet.

Can you kindly advise the status of my subscription? 

I logged into my rksg88@gmail account in seekingalpha website and subscribed for premium content using Master Card number ending xxx 9960

Kindly advise my subscription status. By the way I called my bank and told me they are waiting for clearance at your end.
