Notification works but article not showing

When I receive notifications and select a notification the app opens up but the article that the notification referenced is still not available in the app.

When I receive notifications and select a notification the app opens up but the article that the notification referenced is still not available in the app.
Hello.
Notifications were redesigned in a way when you receive one notification - click will open an article. Click on grouped notifications will open notification tab. Can you please tell the author and name of the article that where shown in push-notifications but then were absent in a tab?
