I tried to sign up for a Pro subscription for 39.00 twice with no luck

Filled out the screen twice put in Credit card information. I never got an error message or a confirmation. So not sure if you are really offering the signup and if you are why you r website does not return a confirmation or an error messge.

I signed up for the $39 premium 1 yr offer last week and also did not receive a confirmation or a charge to my submitted credit card. PLease advise, Thank you  User ID is "jerry130"

This Anonymous is aka Robert Cournoyer. As  I said in my original comment, I completed all the paying routine, and a charge was sent to my credit card account. However I callaed my bank ant told them to block payment until I tell them I am actually registered with the Premiium serviciie and satisfied with the result.  If you call at the phone number provided at the bottom of the Help page, a feminine voice shoots at AK 47 speed, in less than 2 seconds, a phrase in  which I caught only the words "inscription number" that you need to proceed, I guess.  But, Catch 22, I cannot have that number until I go through step 1 = latch in with your broker account,  I deal through a Canadian bank which has, like many here, an in-house brokerage, or maybe a working agreement with a broker firm.  But they are not about to tell me which.  So here I am, somewhere in cyberspace...  I wish we could speakj with a human being at Seeking Alpha, a fantastic source of information which has directed me to some of the best performing bets  i made in the market,  but  who I gues has contracted out the customer service part to a specialized firm.  

So...waiting for something useful to happen.   And sorry for any mistakes in my writing:  J'ai été élevé, éduqué et instruit en Français.
