Wrong subscription

Hello there, 

I went on to make a one-year subscription with seeking alpha but the order that went through my email was for a two-year one. During the billing process, there was no confirmation for the amount to be charged, neither any other payment process followed whatsoever (two-bank factor authentication for payment). I don't know why this has happened, but I do not consent to this charge, neither has it been my intention to acquire two-year subscription. I would appreciate if you got back to me asap. Many thanks.
