premium subscription

I signed up for the premium service.  When I try to access articles from my chromebook, sometimes the firewall lets me through and I can read the articles, but most of the time it says I have reached my free article limit and the offer pops up again.  It doesn't give me an option to say I already have the subscription.  When I use the app on my phone, i don't seem to have the sane problem
