Want to know if my attempt at signing up for the 39 prem. went thru?

I tried to sign up for the prem. a couple days ago for your $39 special. It kept saying please wait but after 1/2 hr. I had to go so shut down. I haven't heard any confirmation so am checking if you got my info or not and if not did it just disappear? I don't need my credit card flying around out there!
