Account mix up

On 12/26 I subscribed to Seeking Alpha premium with a new user name and password. 

This morning I accidentally signed in with a user name and password that I had from several years ago. Now I can't get back to my current sign in and subscription. Unfortunately I didn't write down the new sign in info. How can I retrieve that?
