paid for premium and not allowed to access features
i signed up for premium and paid $39 on 12/19/2022 and cant access features, and now no one is answering the phone line. what is going on?

Now I'm trying to change the password (somehow I created one, I presume), an in order to change my password I have to provide my OLD password. WTF???
Is this for real? Where is customer service.

I finally had to use my GF account. I guess I'll have to cancel my subscription unless they get back to me. I tried to be a member and I have failed
