paid for premium and not allowed to access features

i signed up for premium and paid $39 on 12/19/2022 and cant access features, and now no one is answering the phone line. what is going on?

Now I'm trying to change the password (somehow I created one, I presume), an in order to change my password I have to provide my OLD password. WTF???

Is this for real? Where is customer service.

Looks like customer service isn't what it should be.  I'm having difficulties signing up and can't get any answers as to why.   Based on the customer support/service and reviews it looks like signing up is a mistake.

I finally had to use my GF account. I guess I'll have to cancel my subscription unless they get back to me. I tried to be a member and I have failed
