Premium promo at $39

Hi, I tried to subscribe to this offer but was informed that I had been a premium member before which is incorrect as I only tried the 30-day free trial and did not continue thereafter.  Earlier today, I changed my password and was unable to get pass the payment stage and I had also sent my details to customer service to highlight this problem.  Can you enrol me on the $39 Premium membership promo?
