Trying to subscribe from trial offer for 1 yr @ $39  Software is messed up and won’t take my information

Somewhat similar here. I gave all my data but then went on a "please wait" loop and did not receive confirmation ...

Same issue with signing up.  It won't accept my password for whatever reason.  Not sure if my credit card was charged or not, either.

I stopped the failed attempt and signed up again, starting from the original "Last Call" link in today's newsletter. My subscription now works. My credit card was charged once (as it should have been).
