Can't access Premium

Subscribed to Premium today.  Received confirming email.  CC charges were processed.

I can't access the account.  Password does not work.  Only Google login allows access to the site without premium.  I don't want to use Google login.

Very confusing.  I need quick resolution.

This is really discouraging.  I looked thru other comments and it seems this has been going on since December.  I hope they resolve this since the service looks good, orherwise I will cancel.
