Subcription

On 12/30/22 I attempted to accept your $39.00 offer for a one year subscription to Seeking Alpha Premium. Online I entered all of requested information, including card information. I also provided my contact information. Your system did not accept my information and noted that an error had occurred. I checked all information provided and tried again, but the auto system still would not accept my subscription acceptance. I forwarded an email regarding this issue to Seeking Alpha but there has been no response. Please provide status.
