Premium service subscription problem.

I paid for my annual premium subscription service last month. Today, when I tried to use the app on my android phone, when I clicked on an article to read, it said that I have reached my limit on free articles. What is wrong here?? I have read posts from others that have the same issue. Please fix this problem. Please email me at;
