Next Flash Sale

Hi,

I received an offer for a 1-year premium membership for $39, but I didn't see it because it was filtered directly into my junk folder in gmail.  When I noticed it and clicked on the link to join it's showing the premium rate at $119.  It looks like the promotion ended yesterday, so I wanted to see when then next one might become available?  Are these typically only offered at the end of the year?
