Why different pricing on your offer on my PC vs phone

On my phone, you advertise special price for Premium subscription of $99 for 12 months; on my PC, its offered as $119. I'd rather not subscribe through my Apple ID, but don't want to pay more for using my charge card. Will you offer $99 this way, please.
