Problem logging into my Premium account

Hello,
I subscribed to Seeking Alpha Premium about two weeks ago. I was able to access my Premium account until I deleted the cookies on my browser this morning. Now when I log in I'm only able to access my basic account. It seems that Seeking Alpha has two accounts for me, one basic and one Premium, using the same email ID. I'm not sure how to combine these.

I have the same problem.  Why is there no easy way to login to Premium after cleaning up PC?

Yes that is my problem too. Can't login to my paid premium account username and they will allow only a previous account I used to have. I cannot find a way to see when my subscription expires either.

Same problem.  Cannot access Premium after Windows updates.
