STILL not fixed
Why have I received an acknowledgement of my payment for upgrade from Founder/CEO and on the same day get blocked from reading the balance of an SA article?
When I last complained about this. I was previously advised by one of your customer service reps that my status was being changed to Premiere.
Also, please send all e-mail correspondence to CL@BLTN.us. I currently receive miscellaneous items on two other e-mails in addition to this one.
