Having problems logging in - I have multiple accounts, but one of them is a premium account

I'm having a problem logging in - I have multiple accounts and one of them I converted to a Premium account / annual $239 through Apple Iphone which renews on May 4th, 23 - hope this helps you - the UN and that account is KM LV
