My subscription is not showing up

this is my second inquiry about my account status.  I've purchased Seeking Alpha Pro.  But my account is still showing up as basic.  Please update my account to its proper status please. Also, I started my Subscription in November so coming up soon I will have paid for a service that I have not been able to use for 2 months.  Please credit my account for the time I've not been able to benefit for the Pro service.
