Trouble signing up for premium

I tried signing up for premium several times with the 50% discount offer. I updated my paypal info and successfully logged into paypal. 

Seeking Alpha says the payment is declined. But I use paypal on other sites successfully. 

Seeking Alpha shows several "subscriptions" that started and ended today, probably from my attempts to buy the subscription, see screenshot.

Just trying to pay you folks for a premium subscription but constantly get rejected
