Lost portfolio

Hi, I ve been using seeking alpha mobile app for several years but now all of a sudden I ve lost my portfolio and it wants me to create my first portfolio every time I click on portfolio. Please help . I love the app and have so many stocks in my portfolio that I follow. It's very important for me to recover my portfolio. Thanks in advance.
