I am paying for a subscription but can't access it due to losing access to the email I signed up with


I originally signed up with the email jdharmes@ncsu.edu and paid for an annual membership that I no longer have access to because I can't login now. I was logging in by connecting it to that Gmail account so there's no password and I can't login to that account because it was completely disabled by NCSU. Please either refund my money or give me access to what I paid for. Transferring my membership to my new Gmail account (jdharmes.ncsu@gmail.com) would be fine. Please fix this ASAP as that's bullshit that I paid over $100 for absolutely nothing now.
