Wrong commenter in comment feed

In my comment feed where I see comments from people I follow, it is showing the wrong commenter.  Instead the comment is attributed to the author of the article.  In many cases, I don't follow the author, but it says they made the comment.  When I click on the comment link, someone else wrote the comment.
