How do i get SA to change the email address on my acct when SA advises that my new email address already exists. Apparently I have 2 accts and can only access the one with the discontinued email address,

How do you change acct email address when the email address associated with your account wad discontinued and SA will not allow you to associate your new address as it is currently associated with another SA account.
