Improvement Suggestion: Remind me function of comments

A lot of fun discussions are had in the comments section, and some are based on discussions of what will happen in the future. Please make a function to let users revisit specific comments (and give users ability to specify the timeframe of when they want to be reminded). 

This will get users more engaged in discussions.
