introductory rate?

Hi SeekingAlpha team,

I don't think I qualify right now for the $119 introductory annual rate b/c I've been a subscriber before (albeit it was an error, I think).

Unfortunately, the full $239 annual rate isn't in the budget. 

Would you consider re-setting my account to qualify for the introductory rate?
