Subscription

Hi I signed up for a yearly paid subscription in the Summer 2022 but am unable to access anything apart from the basic service.

About a month ago I removed  the recurring payment.Has this got anything to do with it?

I believe that that I still have several months left on the subscription.

Can you please look into this.
