Willing to pay for pro/premium for $29.99

Having trouble finding the place to sign up for the pro/premium subscription for 29.99 (I cant remember which one it was), but one of these I had for a couple months and it was 29.99. Can you send me that link to sign up for and pay for? I only see annual plan options and I am more interested in a monthly payment plan.
