Your website doesn't recognize me though I have been using it for years. I recently upgraded and now you don't show my 2 portfolios.I tried to change my information with new password and your screens messages seemed to accept the changes. but then I found neither of my two Porfolios showing. 

I paid $280 or something like that for two years. What the hell is happening here????
