What is the status of my subscription?

My subscription seems to not be working as it has in the past?


I signed up around New Year to the special premium offer and as yet they have-not let me read the articles. They were quick to bill my credit card however. I have no recourse but to cancel the payment on the card. So disgusting!  In addition, they have no straightforward way to get to SA to seek help. Truly a shame.
