Delete the app and then reload it and sign in .

I paid for Alpha Premium in the Fall,2022 and you keep asking me to join/pay again. Furthermore you keep blocking me from accessing the service by saying “You have reached your limit of free articles.”

I’m not happy about this lack of access and inability to use what I paid for. What’s up?
